Description: Looking for a clean but fun person to fill out the rest of my lease. You will be living with a geology at the U of C and an information Technology at SAIT. They are both friendly people that like to have a good time now and again between exams The term is from january 1, 2008 until August 31, 2008 with an option to renew another year with the landlord.You will be renting two rooms in total in one side of a duplex. The two rooms are equal to the room space of the other tenants and allows you to split up your work space and your bedroom.Each room also has its own people closet that can be used for a variety of storage.We are located just south of the University campus and 2 blocks north of the foothills hospital. There is a butchers shop, a bakery, a florist, several restaurants, convenience stores and moose mcguires beer, wings, free peanuts, pool whenever you want within walking distance.
