The house is located in the core of Ottawa, at the corner of Cumberland Street and Stewart. It is less than 5 minutes walking from Ottawa University campus, the Rideau Centre and the grocery store Loeb, open 24 hours a day. The house is really nice, spacious with 6 bedrooms, 2.5 bathrooms, a kitchen, a livingroom, a laundryroom and is absolutely furnished. That includes a kitchen table, chairs, two fridges that come with a freezer, dishes, coffeemachine, 3 couches, a livingroom table, a television, a washingmachine, a dryer, and closets in the hallways.The bedroom I would like to sublet has a doublebed, a desk, a chair, a closet and a large chest of drawers.Free parking is also available in the back of the house.The rent includes the consumption of wa, heating, gas and electricity.Please feel free to contact me
