I am open to any additional furniture you may want to add to the main living area. There is a big kitchen and a very large living area which provides a lot of space for . Underground parking is available for both tenants. We overlook Victoria Park downtown and its a great central location one block from downtown Richmond Street and only 510 min. drive to University campus. There is also a gym and a beautiful balcony off the main living area. Im a teacher in the area so looking for someone responsible but also easygoing.
