Description: Hello,I am actually looking for someone to take over my lease beginning May 1st August 31st because I have been offered in Montreal. I am graduating from university this year and have been living in a brand new townhouse with two other professional roommates. The townhouse is completely furnished except for the bedroom and there is parking in front of the unit as well as extra parking beside the unit. I also have my own bathroom. The rent is 550 a month all inclusive also including internet, but I am willing to negotiate that amount say 450? seeing as I desperately need to move out as soon as exams are done There is the option of continuing the lease at the end of August as well.
