Description: I am looking for a subletter to rent my basement apartment room for the summer. I am a at York University and am going to be moving downtown for the summer. You can occupy my room from either April or May until the end of August. Anyone welcome. It is a 2 bedroom basement apartment with bathroom, laundry room, fridge, stove, microwave and living areas already furnished. You would be living with a housemate, my friend Chris, who is an easy going fellow and keeps to himself. It is newly renovated and bright and cheerful, not dark or dreary. It is located in The Village at York University and is about a 5 minute walk to the school, perfect if you are taking summer courses.
